Security Deposit in certified funds is required at lease signing.
Application Fee of $50.00, per Adult, anyone over the age of 18 years old residing in the home. Applicants must be ready to provide Employment Verification as well as understand that a lower Credit Score could be considered with solid rental history, no evictions,and a higher security deposit.
Leasing Fee of $50 to be paid by the tenant at time of lease signing.
